4. Engagement Terms

• All projects will be defined via written agreement, proposal, or email confirmation
• Timelines and deliverables depend on client cooperation and requirements clarity
• Any additional work beyond scope may incur extra charges

5. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made as per agreed milestones or invoices
• Delay in payment may result in service suspension
• No refunds once work has commenced unless explicitly agreed

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate requirements and timely feedback.
• Ensure lawful use of delivered services.
• Maintain confidentiality of shared credentials.

7. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, deliverables may be transferred as agreed
• We retain the right to showcase work in portfolios unless restricted by NDA

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Business interruptions or data loss
• Third-party service failures

10. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may use third-party platforms, tools, or APIs. We are not responsible for their performance or policies.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Terms are violated (Both : Conditions & Services).
• Payments are not made.
• Engagement becomes unlawful or unethical.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued engagement implies acceptance.
